I relocated to Sarasota from Minneapolis 15 years ago and have resided in many other parts of the country. Of all the cities my family and I have resided, we have found Sarasota to be the most wonderful location to call home. As a long-time resident, I have lived on Siesta Key, Casey Key, Osprey and Venice Island and have a local understanding of and appreciation for all of Sarasota. My wife, a school teacher and my son and daughter and I truly enjoy the climate, culture and community. My background in management consulting spans 25years, including work with many Fortune 500 companies. I served as President of a management consulting firm in Minneapolis and enjoyed a long and fruitful career. My passion for real estate has been with me all along, as I have been a real estate investor and landlord, I have developed residential, commercial, retail and industrial properties and built a strong foundation that made the transition into real estate seem the next natural phase of my life. I take a very focused approach to my real estate business. It is a business for me; not a hobby or part-time job. I am fully engaged in continually increasing my education, networking and understanding of the local and global real estate markets. In an effort to respond to today’s economy, I have become seasoned in the foreclosure and short sale processes, in addition to the basics of mortgage lending, investing and international sales.
